OPEN POSITIONS
Current Openings
We're hiring across engineering, security, and infrastructure. All positions are based in Tallinn with flexible remote options.
Join as an early engineer and help shape our technical foundation. You'll work across the stack on secure systems, from architecture decisions to hands-on implementation. High ownership, real impact.
Requirements:
- 2+ years building production systems
- Strong in at least one systems language (C++, Rust, Go)
- Comfortable with ambiguity and learning new domains
- Interest in security and reliability
- Experience working with AI tools in your development workflow
Build the backend services that power our products. You'll design APIs, work with databases, and help establish engineering practices as we grow. Small team, big responsibility.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of backend development experience
- Proficiency in Go, Python, or similar
- Solid understanding of databases and APIs
- Eager to own problems end-to-end
- Experience working with AI tools in your development workflow
Help us build security into everything we do. You'll conduct assessments, guide secure development practices, and work directly with engineering to ship secure software from day one.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in security or security-focused development
- Understanding of common vulnerabilities and how to prevent them
- Ability to communicate security concepts to engineers
- Hands-on with at least one programming language
- Experience working with AI tools in your development workflow
THE PROCESS
How We Hire
Our process is designed to be thorough but respectful of your time. We aim to make decisions within two weeks.

We review every application personally. You'll hear back within 5 business days, regardless of the outcome.

Technical Screen
A 45-minute video call with an engineer. We'll discuss your experience and work through a relevant technical problem together.

Take-Home Project
A focused, time-boxed project that reflects real work you'd do here. We pay for your time on this step.
04
Final Interview
Meet the team, discuss your project, and learn more about our work. This can be in-person in Tallinn or via video.
